Last year, the Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC) brought $3.5 billion dollars worth of contracts in to the hands of Canadian exporters. In the last decade, it’s been more than $13.5 billion of contracts. Sure, working with them involves a lot of paperwork, but in return for that investment of time, exporters can rake dollars from corners of the world that might otherwise seem impossible to navigate.
The CCC has been around since 1946, and since then has developed two main areas of focus: aerospace and defence, and infrastructure. It helps Canadian exporters of all sizes take advantage of opportunities abroad by knowing the laws and the people in a variety of foreign markets.
