At the Network Canada gathering at a popular watering hole in Sydney’s central business district, they’re serving Moosehead beer and cans of pre-mixed Canadian Club. Organized by Canuck expat Jonathan Lerner, the popular networking events always promise a good time—the Halloween party is considered to be the biggest south of the equator—and the room starts to fill up.
