Three years ago Vancouver-based International Conference Services, or ICS, decided they needed to look beyond Canada’s borders to expand their business. They hired Austrian-born Mathias Posch as President and gave him a simple mandate. At first there were challenges, including many banking issues, but today 70% of their business comes from outside the country. With their new banking partner, ICS is looking forward.
